Well-maintained site on the Dingle Way, with links to accommodation, transport information, online mapping and background on the villages

The Dingle Way

This is the official website, but maintained by a committee of volunteers and not clear how current its information: detours are reported but no dates given, and its maps are crude

National Waymarked Trails: Dingle Way

Authoritative site on Ireland's walking trails, maintained by the Sport Ireland; interactive map, also festivals and history

Dingle Peninsula

Useful site with information on the whole area including links for public transport and ferries, accommodation and refreshments

Tralee

Source of info on the county town of Kerry, with the accent on local business and a downloadable app

Annascaul

Home of Antarctic explorer Tom Crean and sculptor Jerome Connor; website has useful info on food and accommodation, especially B&Bs

Castlegregory

Good source of visitor information on the village that National Geographic described as "the most beautiful place on earth", with coverage also of the surrounding area

Kerry County Museum

Housed in the Ashe Memorial Hall, Tralee, the museum is open year-round for visits in person – daily from June-August, otherwise Tuesday-Saturday 9.00 to 17.00, admission €5; website offers a virtual tour
