The Moray Coast Trail (October 2010)

Inline

We are delighted to announce Sandra Bardwell's new guidebook to the Moray Coast Trail from Forres to Cullen alongside north-east Scotland's finest coastal scenery. I hiked it in June and was reminded of Antrim's Causeway Coast – no basalt columns, but sea stacks, skerries and miles of beach walking with the bonus of Moray Firth dolphins! Sandra' book also covers the Dava Way (Grantown to Forres). You can pre-order it now at a discount here . Or view its gallery and have a Look inside.

Changes to the Speyside Way

Inline

The Speyside Way just got longer - by half a mile.  Its terminus has moved from Buckpool Harbour to Buckie village centre. The Fochabers diversion has become permanent (but no real news on the Newtonmore extension).  Our revised 2nd edition will be available from September: pre-order it here . It has full details, a better plan of Grantown, improved instructions for the Dufftown circuit and more.  If you are leaving soon, visit our forum  for full details including route overlay.
