Newsletter No 26 December 2008Dear Subscriber Welcome to our December 2008 newsletter 26. Below are two items:
Reminder 1: if you see yellow tabs above, such as Scotland, Ireland and Worldwide, you can click them: we hope you find this useful. Reminder 2: should you wish to unsubscribe for any reason: visit www.rucsacs.com or scroll down to click the Unsubscribe link at the foot of this email. We don't want to lose you, but we deffo don't want to impose on you. 1. Christmas discount: £5 off, valid to December 18Looking for present ideas with a refreshing difference? Think what a low-cost, eco-friendly holiday people can have walking one of our trails. To encourage you to buy from us, here's our deepest discount to date: claim £5 off each order with minimum spend £20 (that's only two books or so). Order online (click the Buy tab above) and enter the code xmas08 (or XMAS08) at step 2. Remember, p&p is free in UK with 2nd class letter service, and Air Mail is subsidised. It's valid to 18 December, so you have only two weeks to claim this discount. And if you want us to send your presents direct, you can supply a delivery address that's different from your own; just enter your own address details when completing the card payment via WorldPay. This doesn't invalidate the Loyalty discount (10% with no minimum spend) but obviously you can't use both at once. If you want to buy only one book, use your loyalty code instead. (If you haven't already claimed your loyalty discount, simply email info@rucsacs.com with Loyalty in the subject line, telling us why you qualify.) 2. Stocking fillers: we don't just publish guidebooks!
In case you're struggling for something that isn't a guidebook, here are two stocking-filler ideas: on the left, our beautiful hardback Call of the Wild, a celebration of landscapes of the British Isles (normally £12.50 but £7.50 after discount). On its right is Rennie McOwan's much-loved adventure novel for children Light on Dumyat. Normally just £6.99, it makes an ideal gift for anybody with reading age 9 years and upward (and with £5 off, it's irresistible). With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year from the team at Rucksack Readers, and thanks for reading |
